About the Collaboration
Integral state of the art resources and equipment are made available to Senetek scientists through the Company’s arrangement with the Department of Molecular Biology at the University of Aarhus.  Senetek’s research laboratory  located at the Science Park at Aarhus  conducts compound screening, testing for cellular toxicity, testing for cellular biological activity and initial safety testing.  Previous research programs between the University of Aarhus and Senetek led to the successful development of Kinetin and Zeatin, the first in a series of dermatological therapeutics commercialized by the Company.

The University of Aarhus world class research efforts encompass the areas of molecular medicine, nanoscience and nanotechnology. The Faculty of Science conducts research projects in the area of molecular medicine and collaborates with major pharmaceutical and biomedical companies. Senetek maintains a research laboratory at the Science Park at Aarhus.
